About Gaby

I'm a passionate personal trainer based in Vancouver, originally from Montreal, who embraces a Joie de Vivre philosophy towards life and has a serious love for muffins (feel free to ask me about it sometime!).

Creating a sense of community is vital to me, as I deeply value the connection with my clients and want them to look forward to our sessions as much as I do.

My mission is to empower individuals by cultivating strength from within and infusing joy into every movement. I strive to make training sessions both joyful and playful, focusing on balanced movements that support my clients' goals while ensuring they have fun along the way.

My love for boxing, complemented by extensive background in circus performance, fitness, and yoga, uniquely positions me to provide dynamic personal and group training. From high-energy training sessions, to boxing workouts, to athletic cross-training and core conditioning programs, I deliver sessions that pack a powerful punch.

My journey includes studying yoga and acrobatics in Montreal, Hawaii, and Vancouver under esteemed teachers like Nadia Torman, Kate Gilespsie, Clara Robeross, Yyoga Faculty, and Slava Golovo. Since 2019, I've been dedicated to personal training, drawing from my background as a circus performer, pilates instructor, and enthusiastic boxer to offer holistic and effective fitness experiences.
