My sessions are designed to leave a lasting impact and range from energetic training routines to boxing regimens, as well as yoga classes and core strengthening programs.

Living in Vancouver as a personal trainer with a keen interest in gastronomy, my mission is centred on creating tasty, healthy, and wholesome meals. This endeavour supports a durable, healthful lifestyle while I also guide individuals toward improved physical well-being.

My approach to life is encapsulated by La Joie De Vivre, a zest for living fully. Cultivating community connections is vital to me, and I actively seek to enrich the world through my professional efforts.
